Sarah Hyland, known for her role in "Modern Family," has been announced as the new host of Love Island USA, taking over from Laura Whitmore.
Hyland, who made her hosting debut in season four, revealed in an interview that she received a surprise text just before the season aired, offering her the role.
The actress, who is currently engaged to Wells Adams, said that her fiancé was the one who encouraged her to take on the hosting gig.
